    Wow- that sounds great- two of my favorite foods (morels & ramps) in one dish. Unfortunately, I live in an area where both are scarce as hen’s teeth.

    I always read your posts, but living in the concrete jungle of panama city, panama leaves the ingredients a bit out of reach. i just might have to try this one with subsitutions, it sounds fantastic. :)

    I recently made gnocchi with ramp pesto and morels. I absolutely love this idea of putting the ramps IN the pasta mixture – I’ll have to try this soon
