Wow- that sounds great- two of my favorite foods (morels & ramps) in one dish. Unfortunately, I live in an area where both are scarce as hen’s teeth.

I always read your posts, but living in the concrete jungle of panama city, panama leaves the ingredients a bit out of reach. i just might have to try this one with subsitutions, it sounds fantastic. 🙂

I recently made gnocchi with ramp pesto and morels. I absolutely love this idea of putting the ramps IN the pasta mixture – I’ll have to try this soon

Oh, if only I hadn’t used the last of my ramps just yesterday! This has got my stomach growling! It’s a beautiful dish, too!

So pretty! Too bad I used up all my ramps on your ramp kimchee recipe (which turned out awesome!) and they are no longer available for gathering this year, and my morel hunting this year has been pretty dismal. I’ll be saving this one for next spring for sure.
