Hello Hank, Merry Christmas. Quick question- Duck breast (skinless/boneless) been in fridge for exactly one week. Salt water brine for 2 of those days and then two changes of fresh water. Just got behind and, “we’ll cook tomorrow” turned into plans to cook tonight. So would you have any problem with their quality? Thanks in advance. Brandon Bean Paris, TN
