    I’m going to try this recipe on the few wings I’ve saved, and supplement the batch with legs….I don’t have enough wings! I’ve been looking for a new blue cheese dressing recipe. Keep us updated on your findings. The standard one I use is lacking something (equal parts sour cream and mayo, blue cheese, splash of worcestershire).

    Try this:

    1 1/3 cups mayo
    3/4 cups sour cream
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp dry mustard
    salt & pepper to taste
    8 oz. crumbled blue cheese, divided

    Blend everything except 4 oz. blue cheese in a blender until well combined. You want the cheese to get pureed. Then remove to a bowl and fold in the remaining 4 oz. cheese to give the dressing some of those yummy chunks. Must be made at least two days in advance to allow the flavors to combine.

    Hope this does the trick!
