After the offal event I figured, I can't do freaking CHICKEN! The other thing is the timing... with summer starting, for me at least, it's just been a busy time. With the long 4th weekend, many people took the week off and went on vacation. PLEASE don't stop meat and greet! it's a real great event b/c there are strict guidelines and it's all about MEAT!!!!! please reconsider!
