I'm a fan of the region, the varietals, and the value that is available from Puglia, and other less-well-known regions of Italy. I'm envious of your vertical collection of this one, as it sounds good.

Hello Hank... it's possible I judged the Salice Salentino too harshly in my WBW post as it was basically a pop-and-pour situation... on the 2nd day I seemed to enjoy it more...! Eek, next month will take more time in my assessment! Wow, cherries and leather is really spot-on.

As a long-time reporter, I can tell you that I will never degenerate into the world of headline writing, Hate it, hate it, hate it. I will stick with proper use of prepositions, thank you.

Nice review, BUT... "a", "of", "and"? You wasted almost half of your 7-word allotment on words any headline writer would know to leave out. C'mon! There's room in there for "best value" and "easy" if you're willing to squeeze.

Anyways, I've added the wine, with your review, to Vinismo:

If you have more to fill in, that'd be great.
